A palestra espírita do hidratando a alma de hoje é com Maira Rocha e o tema Despertar. A live aconteceu e foi transmitido ao vivo no canal da mesma no Youtube no dia 5 de Agosto de 2023.

Inicia comentando sobre os recados, tabus que são quebrados durante as lives, os projetos feitos na Casa Da Caridade Inácio Daniel, sobre o tema principal da live que é a Universalização das Religiões. Depois aborda sobre uma música de Gilberto Gil chamada Se Eu Quiser Falar com Deus que também é uma oração, toda a história religiosa envolvendo a canção, ela servirá de base para a palestra e faz uma prece inicial.
Após, Maira inicia a leitura e desmembramento da música referida acima, Deus nunca obrigar ninguém a Ama-lo e também todos entram pela porta da frente sem precisar de arrombamento, as diversas formas de falar com Ele e conta uma história sua em um trabalho antigo.
Também discorre sobre a importância de silenciar a voz e a mente para se conectar com Deus, o real significado de calar a voz do ego e do self e de encontrar a paz. Cita sobre o materialismo, as diferenças entre espíritos e perispíritos, todos desde cedo saberem sobre as existências de desencarnes e os sentidos envolvidos nestas questões e dá a dica do livro Tibetano dos Mortos.
Fala sobre Deus aceitar até os sentimentos humanos mais raivosos, relembra uma história sua de quando foi perguntada sobre obedecer aos espíritos, as questões do livre arbítrio e colher o que foi plantado e questiona se estamos na Terra para o bem ou para os bens.
Por fim, continua discorrendo sobre a música base da palestra, comenta que dentro da Espiritualidade não existe uma bula reencarnatória, a importância da humildade, sua ligação e escolha das religiosidades, espiritualidade de forma geral e se considerar universalista, a verdadeira palavra de Deus ter sido Jesus, a importância do equilíbrio, os compromissos espirituais e na Terra e deixa no ar a reflexão se o indíviduo quer honrar o compromisso ou prestar contas.
