Inicialmente começa falando sobre o livro Pão Nosso de Chico Xavier em parceria com o espírito Emmanuel, em especial a mensagem Pão Nosso, faz uma prece inicial e depois aborda sobre algumas questões do estudo reflexivo do dia, principalmente do tema da palestra sobre a emancipação do espírito encarnado durante o sono baseado no O Livro dos Espíritos tanto pelo viés positivo quanto negativo.
Depois, discorre sobre o item 471 da obra referida, as sensações de quando se acorda, as palavras se a alma repousa durante o sono na questão 401 e também na 402 quanto aos sonhos e a liberdade como um todo. Cita sobre o sono é analisado pela qualidade dos sonhos, muitas pessoas visitarem seus passados e fazerem terapias regressivas enquanto dormem corporalmente e o modo de vida influencia durante o sono, ou seja, se o indivíduo permanece no bem quando acordado, o mesmo acontece “nos sonhos”.
Fala sobre os sonos inteligentes e dos materalistas, as simpatias e antipatias terrenas e no mundo espiritual também, as reencarnações e missões dos espíritos superiores e os motivos de algumas pessoas dizerem que nunca sonham. Após, cita o exemplo de Joanna D’Arc que sempre lembrava dos seus sonhos, popularmente conhecido como sonhos lúcidos e responde as perguntas dos presentes no local. Fala sobre os sonos hipnóticos e suas diferenciações para os sonos tradicionais, ir dormindo cada vez menos quando se vai envelhecendo e o tempo de sono de modo geral.
Por fim, lembra sobre as incoerências dos sonhos, as diferenças dos sonhos lúcidos e das viagens astrais, discorre sobre as questões 403 e 404, cita um exemplo citado no livro Os Mensageiros, relembra as questões 407 e 410 e continua respondendo as perguntas dos presentes no local.
