A palestrante começa falando sobre sentimentos e emoções, principalmente na prece, diz que ninguém progride sem luta e dificuldades, fala sobre Jesus, o surgimento da Doutrina Espírita e o despertar da sua mediunidade aos 9 anos.
Fala sobre o conhecimento do Espiritismo, seus primeiros momentos dentro de uma Casa Espírita e como começou a desenvolver a mediunidade.
Lembra que o esclarecimento dá esperança e liberta, principalmente da angústia, medo, revolta e da depressão e a importância da consciência tranquila. Também aborda sobre Jesus, a Doutrina Espírita e trabalhar na máxima do dar de graça, o que de graça recebeste.
Conta seus primeiros passos como trabalhadora de uma Centro Espírita, comenta sobre o Espiritismo não ser uma religião dogmática de sentar e levantar e é simplesmente a própria pessoa com Cristo. Diz que ninguém desencarna antes da hora, lembra de como ocorre o processo clássico de reencarnação e não fomos feitos nem criados para sofrer e conta uma história sua de quando ficou 4 meses de cama e todo seu amadurecimento espiritual e emocional.
Fala que o verdadeiro espírita precisa trabalhar e não somente ir a Casa Espírita e sempre existir uma tarefa em favor dos outros e diz que a energia das palavras é a mesma que levanta e também derruba. Por fim, comenta sobre os jovens médiuns que chegam ao Centro precisando de auxílio e somem depois de melhorarem sem trabalhar seus dons para o bem.
Uma das melhores formas de falar sobre como é ser espírita é dando exemplos de vivência na teoria a na prática dentro da Doutrina e Isabel cumpriu muito bem essa função. Histórias riquíssimas e mega reflexivas, principalmente do período que ficou tanto tempo de cama.
