Distancia de rescate acompanha uma mulher chamada Amanda que se vê ferida e longe de casa. Com a ajuda do jovem David e suas perguntas, ela tenta se lembrar de quem é. Agora, com seu tempo se esgotando, um perigo invisível surge e com ele, o poder do amor de uma mãe por seu filho.
A obra é protagonizada por Amanda, onde a mesma está muito doente e começa a relembrar os momentos vividos assim que chegou a um pequeno lugarejo no interior.
Sendo assim e com a ajuda do menino David, a moça começa a relembrar desde o dia que chegou a cidade junto com a filha, quando conheceu a mãe do rapaz e todas as consequências a partir de então.
A ligação e amizade de Amanda e Carola é instantânea e a moradora do lugar começa a desabafar e contar sobre sua vida, principalmente quanto a seu filho David.
O menino, um dia, pegou uma forte infecção, assim como o cavalo da família. Desesperada, foi procurar ajuda em uma vidente próxima. Sabendo que o filho teria poucas horas de vida, aceita “trocar energias e espíritos” para a melhora de David. Depois de 4 horas, o rapaz é liberado e se torna outro.
A partir de então, vamos acompanhando as memórias de Amanda, o passado e o presente sempre interligados, todo suporte prestado por David a moça e também as questões de mães e filhos, principalmente a forte ligação de protagonista com a filha.
Aos poucos, o filme vai explicando algumas situações e deixando várias outras em aberto. No meu entendimento, Amanda desencarnou e ainda não se deu conta. Se encontra presa no momento em que queria ajudar a filha de alguma forma. David, com sua grande sensibilidade, tenta ajudá-la a entender a sua atual situação.
Um grande ponto que deixa em aberto é: Não deixa claro se todos estão mortos e não se deram conta ou estão vivos e algo real está acontecendo no local, principalmente no assunto de energias e dos motivos da maioria dos moradores terem problemas.
O Fio Invisível também traz a reflexão sobre o que é preferível: O indivíduo morrer e você saber que chegou a hora do mesmo ou sobreviver, ter sequelas de alguma forma e a pessoa não ser mais como era porque não a deixaram partir.
O filme, como um todo, é um tanto quanto confuso e nada fechado. Com certeza, é entendível de muitas formas. Eu cheguei a uma conclusão e quem vai assistir agora chegará a outra e assim vai. A única certeza, ao meu ver, é Amanda ter desencarnado e ainda não ter se dado conta. Inclusive, para quem conhece reuniões mediúnicas, vai achar David um ótimo dirigente e que conduziu a conversa muito bem, sempre deixando para o desencarnado o entendimento da sua real situação.
