Hidratando a Alma: Palestra “Onde Começa a Transformação” – Juliana Archanjo

E a palestra espírita neste domingão é com a Juliana Archanjo com “Onde Começa a Transformação” realizada no dia 05 de Dezembro de 2017 na União Espírita Cristã em Vila Velha (ES).
Ela começa contando a história da borboleta e de como retirá-la do casulo antes pode ser prejudicial.
Comenta que a transformação começa de dentro para fora e que, em alguns momentos, nos preocupamos tanto em tentar modificar o outro que esquecemos da nossa evolução.
Fala que as más tendências de outras vidas podem ser corrigidas e que é necessário vontade para essas transformações, pois querer é poder.
Relembra o livro O Problema do Ser, do Destino e da Dor de Léon Denis onde o autor comenta que para ser livre é necessário querer ser e fazer um esforço para vir a ter liberdade.
Diz que o primeiro passo para a transformação é o despertar e faz uma analogia sobre se despertamos ou se ficamos colocando o alarme para mais 5 minutinhos.
Juliana lembra como é importante, ao final de cada dia, fazermos uma análise de tudo que fizemos. E que as questões devem vir de nós mesmos e não dos outros.
Também a palestrante fez um profundo estudo sobre os pilares da psicologia espírita que são o aprender a se conhecer, aprender a viver, aprender a ser e aprender a amar.
Por fim, passou um vídeo com a música Primeiro Passo do Grupo Bem.
