Depois o livro começa a discorrer sobre os fatos cotidianos problemáticos. Por Julinda temos as questões do aborto e suas consequências, principalmente do espírito abortado não aceitar o que lhe aconteceu e perseguir de modo obsessivo quem seria a sua mãe. E o quanto é importante o auto perdão para iniciar o processo de amadurecimento espiritual e pessoal.
Também é comentado sobre os dias de Carnaval e tudo que ocorre nos bastidores. O quanto a equipe espiritual se prepara para esses dias onde a maioria esquece a própria vida para curtir, digamos assim. Manoel nos mostra como, durante 4 dias, tudo está mais amplificado e intenso.
O livro aborda as diferenças das pessoas que morrem juntas, principalmente em acidentes de carros. Cada um é tratado de um jeito segundo suas obras e o que fez até chegar até ali. O motorista por estar drogado foi conduzido de um jeito e quem só estava de “gaiato” foi de outro.
Nas Fronteiras da Loucura mostra o lado positivo de se manter em prece e vigilante através da história de Noemi, onde a mesma estava quase sofrendo abuso sexual e pediu ajuda espiritual. Por merecimento foi atendida e como a Espiritualidade conduziu esse socorro. Também comenta dos motivos de acontecerem coisas ruins e indesejadas mesmo com pessoas que oram e vigiam permanentemente.
Outras questões importantes abordadas no livro são a programática reencarnacionista, os postos de atendimentos, os problemas e efeitos das drogas, a importância do otimismo no cotidiano, o apego e o não querer libertar-se de determinadas situações e as sessões mediúnicas e seus atendidos.
Durante a maioria da narrativa, Bezerra de Menezes está presente orientando e ajudando como médico espiritual aquelas situações e pessoas mais complicadas.
O texto é de fácil entendimento e a leitura é fluída e envolvente.
A obra é uma oportunidade de apreciarmos, mais uma vez, o quanto o mundo espiritual é organizado e sábio. E o Manoel sabe conduzir de forma brilhante os assuntos pesados de maneira leve e esclarecedora.
