O psicólogo clínico, Rossandro Klinjey, traz sua ampla experiência e nos convida, neste maravilhoso livro, a fazermos uma conexão conosco, a fim de descobrirmos a relação entre a nossa felicidade e a aceitação de quem somos no mundo.
Várias vezes nos queixamos: o quanto não somos valorizados no trabalho, o quanto o parceiro ou a parceira não nos valoriza, e saímos a criticar tudo e todos. E terminamos achando que nada que fazemos é bom ou dá certo, então, um sentimento terrível de incompetência pessoal toma conta de nós, e isso destrói o amor próprio de qualquer pessoa.
Sem receitas prontas ou miraculosas, ele propõe que a felicidade decorre de uma construção diária e demonstra que quando temos resiliência, nos adaptando às mudanças da vida e compreendendo as experiências cotidianas, aceitamos os processos dessa construção e nos tornamos pessoas felizes.
A obra é composta por 25 capítulos, onde Rossandro vai discorrendo sobre assuntos cotidianos dos seres humanos à luz da psicologia. É como se fosse uma palestra em forma de texto.
O livro discorre sobre as diferenças entre amor próprio e egoísmo, a autoaceitação, como ser independente e feliz, ser dono de si mesmo, o sucesso de forma saudável, os benefícios do medo, o mundo estar melhorando ou piorando, o adoecimento dos seres que amamos, as questões do casamento, os problemas com a sogra, as faces da felicidade verdadeira e daquelas mostradas nas redes sociais, sobre a possibilidade de ser feliz sozinho, a importância da inteligência emocional, os sonhos e as realidades, o envelhecer feliz, como não viver ressentido, a verdadeira paz, sobre Deus ajudar quem realmente se esforça, as valorizações dos momentos, o que podemos fazer de diferenças em nossas vidas, reciprocidade, como lidar com carinho com os erros, como viver de modo equilibrado, as nossas questões internas e externas e sobre a escolha de ser feliz.
Durante toda a narrativa, Rossandro vai falando dos assuntos e dando exemplos para melhor demonstrar as questões. Algumas histórias são contadas por ele em palestras.
A que mais me chamou a atenção, e confesso que até agora não vi em nenhum evento público, foi de uma moça que estava com raiva de outra porque a mesma se dava bem na vida e ela não. E a mesma achava que a criatura fazia para provocá-la. É tão absurdo e tão real ao mesmo tempo.
O livro é uma mistura de auto ajuda com questões psicológicas junto com o Espiritismo vindo de quem sabe fazer isso muito bem e tem um vasto conhecimento sobre a vida humana.
É um soco no estômago um atrás do outro. É um constrangimento alheio e de si mesmo por algum dia já ter feito algo do que está sendo exposto.
A leitura é fluída e envolvente e o texto é de fácil entendimento a todos. Você vai lendo, absorvendo, colocando no seu cotidiano e quando vê terminou.
