Sade mergulha em depressão profunda após uma tragédia pessoal, mas seu sofrimento a leva à fé – com uma pequena ajuda da tecnologia.
O filme tem o casal Francis, Sade e sua filha Lola como protagonistas. O trio junto com seus familiares são tradicionais, conservadores e são evangélicos mais na teoria do que na prática, digamos assim.

Com os dias, os fatos vão acontecendo e o telespectador vai vendo o abrir de olhos espirituais da protagonista e o envolvimento, de fato, com a religiosidade e espiritualidade. E, então, a cena se inverte e acaba mostrando quem é religioso de fato ou somente na fala.
O filme também aborda a importância do perdão para avanço espiritual e amadurecimento, a importância do desapego em muitos aspectos, caridade, compaixão e a união de religiões por um prol maior.
Existem algumas partes excessivas e “nonsense”, digamos assim. Mas considerei como uma forma lúdica de mostrar alguns acontecimentos e você termina refletindo horrores sobre todos os fatos apresentados. Uma Chamada Para a Redenção merecia ser mais vista e comentado real oficial.
