Analisando minhas postagens, percebi que nunca tinha feito a resenha de nenhum livro espiritualista sobre reiki. Então resolvi pegar para ler Reiki: Cura Física, Emocional, Mental e Espiritual da autora Célia Félix de Sá.

O Reiki é uma arte milenar de harmonização e cura, utilizando a imposição das mãos, através dos chacras das palmas e mini chacras dos dedos. O Reiki promove o bem-estar físico, emocional, mental e espiritual, amplia a consciência pessoal, promove a paz interior, reduz stress do dia a dia, melhora a autoestima e desenvolve a autoconfiança, etc. Venha conhecer um pouco sobre essa terapia japonesa.
O livro é um ótimo abrir de portas para quem conhecer sobre essa “técnica” espiritualista assim como também é para quem deseja começar a se conectar com a Espiritualidade como um todo. Experiência própria, inclusive.
Ao todo são 19 capítulos já com a conclusão e onde a autora vai dando pinceladas iniciais e instigando o leitor a dar uma maior pesquisada depois ou complementando.
Sendo assim inicia com os benefícios, os cinco princípios do reiki, o que é, definição, como o reiki é realizado e onde atua, a ação do reiki no corpo e os símbolos do reiki.
Depois, o livro vai discorrendo e dando orientações específicas para quem deseja trabalhar como reikiano como métodos para purificação, tratamento e desenvolvimento do paticante, como a pessoa se torna apta para o tratamento reiki em outras pessoas, procedimentos do terapeuta, paciente, higiene, preço, ambiente, como fazer uma fonte de água simples e benefícios do barulho da água.
Desde o começo, é mostrado que Reiki: Cura Física, Emocional, Mental e Espiritual é realmente um abrir de portas para um estudo mais aprofundado para quem assim o desejar. Como leitora normal, terminei querendo me jogar em outras obras para conhecer mais. Lembrando que, na prática, é necessário um curso todo bonitinho e com orientações de um mestre no assunto. Sem isso, as técnicas não surtiram nenhum efeito. Pelo menos até onde eu sei.
Os únicos pontos a serem um pouco questionados por mim é quanto as questões dos atendimentos, pois eu por tudo que aprendi, entendo e como reikiana também, entendo que não existe um número máximo de atendimentos como tratamento. No livro diz que é o cliente que escolhe quantas sessões ele deseja fazer, mas tudo depende e nenhum reiki sério abandonaria alguém no meio do auxílio espiritual. De resto, faz todo o sentido.
O texto é de fácil entendimento e a fluidez como um todo depende da sua intenção com a leitura. E, com certeza, outros livros sobre o assuntos virão. E é possível de ser lido em um único dia, dependendo da sua intenção com o livro.
