Eu seu novo livro, o autor best-seller e referência quando o assunto é espiritualidade, José Carlos de Lucca compara a nossa vida a um grande jardim. É necessário cuidar, regá-lo e alimentá-lo com coisas boas. Assim como falou Thich Nhat Hanh, a dedicação deve ser constante e diária. Com uma prosa poética tocante e belas palavras características, o autor trata de temas como a resiliência, o amor ao próximo, a paciência, compaixão, paz, e o bem viver, sempre com ricas metáforas para pensar, sentir e agir na construção do jardim da nossa vida. “Se regarmos todos os dias a semente do inferno que existe em nós, será esta a realidade que viveremos 24 horas por dia. Mas se regarmos diariamente a semente do Reino de Deus que existe em nós, o Reino de Deus se tornará a realidade que viveremos em cada momento.” – Thich Nhat Hanh
O mesmo é de contos espiritualistas e é baseado nas palavras do budista Thich Nhat Hanh sobre a vida ser um grande jardim.
Sendo assim, o livro possui, ao todo, 40 capítulos começando com a rosa e depois passando para perguntar pelo sentido da vida, podando meu jardim, jardineiro, continue tocando, a força do bem, nossas pegadas, pássaro que voa, redes ao mar, paciência é remédio, folhas e figos, o jardim fala, arco-íris, o que a depressão diz do nosso jardim, metamorfose, em que posso ajudar?, esprit de finesse, deixar o berçário, mestres espirituais, bola de gude e entre outros.
Durante toda a narrativa, de Lucca vai caminhando pelas questões da vida e do cotidiano interligando com a Espiritualidade como um todo e também com a analogia do jardim comentado por Hanh.
As partes que mais gostei foram o capítulo 9 que fala sobre o controle das emoções, inclusive tendo Chico Xavier e Paulo de Tarso como exemplos na narrativa, o capítulo 26, onde comenta a importância de se viver o hoje e capítulo 34 que conta a história de uma jovem obesa procurando roupas em um brechó que não tinha número para pessoas como ela e apenas o abraço confortador de uma funcionária e o autor vai discorrendo sobre outras narrativas parecidas também.
O livro possui uma diagramação padrão com o número do capítulo, o nome, um trecho de uma parte importante que alguém conhecido tenha falado ou escrito que interliga com o assunto como São Francisco de Assis, Osho, André Luiz, Vander Lee, Bernie S. Siegel, Isabela Freitas, entre outros e depois passa a abordar o assunto em questão.
O texto é de fácil entendimento e a leitura depende da sua intenção com o livro e também com pausas sendo necessárias para reflexões. É uma ótima opção para quem está saindo de uma leitura mais densa, complemento de algum estudo ou queira começar um processo de autoconhecimento e reforma íntima. Não tinha lido um livro do autor nessa pegada de contos e foi bastante interessante real oficial.
