A obra possui Clark como protagonista, trabalha em um escritório e tudo estava indo bem até, do nada, se iluminar literalmente na frente da sua amiga colorida Amily.
A partir de então, o telespectador passa a acompanhar o pessoal do escritório tentando entender o que se está acontecendo com o rapaz. Com o desenrolar dos fatos, a iluminação em torno de Clark vai aumentando e ele também vai recebendo o auxílio dos amigos espirituais, que como em toda a série “normal”, são chamados de anjos.
