Em Vejo Você na Próxima Vida, Ban Ji-eun (Shin Hye-sun) tem o poder de reencarnar e se lembrar de tudo o que aconteceu nas suas vidas passadas. Em sua 18ª vida ela acredita ter encontrado sua alma gêmea, Mun Seo-ha (Ahn Bo-hyun), um garoto traumatizado pelas perdas do seu passado. Porém, o tempo de Ji-eun é mais curto do que ela pensava nessa encarnação, então ela tentará reencontrar seu amor da última infância em seu 19º ciclo de existência.
O mesmo é considerado um dorama, possui 12 episódios de 1 hora em média e tem Ban Ji Eum como protagonista.
Sendo assim, a série inicia com o espírito relembrando a sua última existência e que também já teve 17 vidas e, com isso, o telespectador passa a acompanhar o desenrolar dos fatos com as mesclas do próprio espírito discorrendo sobre suas existências com as práticas das mesmas.

E assim a série passa os 12 episódios entre passado e presente o tempo inteirinho e com a moça, cada vez mais, perdendo a noção da realidade devido a falta de conhecimento espiritual e mediúnico.
Além disso, Vejo Você na Próxima Vida também comenta sobre conflitos amorosos e sociais, competições, auxílios tanto no plano físico quanto no mundo espiritual, vinganças e… o mais um novo capítulo na vida de dois espíritos que se reencontram mais uma vez.
As únicas partes fechadas da obra são as existências já concluídas de Ban Ji Eum, inclusive as iniciadas nos primeiros episódios da série. O restante e o desfecho final real oficial e, antes do espírito iniciar uma nova jornada, fica a cargo do telespectador.
