Partiu hidratar a alma nesse domingão com a palestra Espiritualidade e Vida com Haroldo Dutra Dias. A mesma acontceu dentro do seminário Semana Espírita – 45 anos de Luz no dia 27 de Agosto de 2023 em Feira de Santana, interior da Bahia e foi transmitido pelo canal Web Rádio Fraternidade no Youtube.

Inicialmente é comentado sobre as questões do seminário e depois Haroldo começa falando sobre as palavras de Emmanuel no prefácio do livro Nosso Lar, onde é discorrido de todo mundo precisar de Espiritualismo, Espiritismo e mais ainda de Espiritualidade, as questões e consequências de quem frequenta alguma crença, seja ela qual for, a chegada da pandemia e da realidade também, dando o exemplo daquelas pessoas que tinham 40 anos de Casa Espírita e desmoronaram, o mesmo vale para os católicos e os espíritas e médiuns que não aceitavam a morte.
Depois fala que Espiritualidade e religiosidade é construção interior, dá os exemplos daqueles que vão diariamente a um templo religioso e não tem espiritualidade e aqueles que tem, mesmo estando presos em uma cama de hospital, a importância de se fazer uma distinção quanto a este fato e que há anos, os amigos espirituais tem relatado a existência de hospitais psiquiátricos para espíritas no mundo espiritual. Também cita as diferenças entre Espiritualismo que são as mais variadas doutrinas, práticas e ritos que a pessoa segue, porém, isso não constrói uma Espiritualidade como um todo e essa construção só acontece nos momentos de maior dor e dá a dica do livro Bezerra de Menezes: O Homem, Seu Tempo e Sua Missão do autor Luciano Klein e também os desencarnes dos seus filhos.
Comenta sobre os débitos individuais e daqueles que amamos, cita o livro Coragem de Chico Xavier, os alicerces da Espiritualidade e dá o exemplo seu com sua esposa e filhos. Lembra que Casa Espírita é a escola da alma e é a oficina do espírito, onde se vai para aprender sobre espírito e caridade, a necessidade de não se acreditar em mágica e na varinha do Harry Potter, só vai ser possível ver se a Espiritualidade existe quando uma dor entrar na família e dá o exemplo de Chico Xavier.
Aborda sobre espiritualidade ser transcendência, a melhor escola para educar os encarnados a respeito do espírito ainda ser a Doutrina Espírita, sobre a necessidade de, todo dia, pensar em pouquinho no próprio velório e ele ser o termômetro da vida, a questão de trabalhar muito em vida para deixar um patrimônio para os filhos e eles ficarem brigando depois. Comenta sobre a criações Divina e evoluções não ser self service, a maioria dos encarnados dar importância naquilo que não tem nenhuma importância e não dá atenção ao que realmente importa.
Fala outra questão da Espiritualidade é a pessoa não se conseguir controlar tudo e dá o exemplo de uma viagem de avião, as diferenças entre fazer planos, não controlar os acontecimentos e ser previdente, cita um exemplo presente no livro Sexo e Destino.
Por fim, comenta sobre confiança em si, os motivos de se perder a confiança em Deus, a fé raciocinada, os espíritos serem imortais e, na volta, responde as perguntas dos presentes no local.
